Your Personal Event Manager
With Dine you are in safe hands – Your Event Manager will be your main point of contact and they are on hand to guide you through every step in the planning process. They also have the training and knowledge to advise on anything from entertainment to lighting, floristry & stationery.
A Winning Formula
Everyone has slightly different needs when it comes to support during the planning process. Our Event Managers will work within a planning framework and at the same time, think on their feet and adapt their approach to suit you.
Your Customer Journey
Once you have booked your dream Dine wedding, you’ll receive a peronalised introduction from your Event Manager. They are then on hand throughout to help & support you as little or as much as you need. Your Event Manager will book a planning meeting with you around 9 months before your event. This includes a menu consultation to create a tailored menu, incorporating your personal tastes, likes & dislikes.
With some of our Menu Options, you will also have a ‘Rehearsal Style’ final planning meeting. This is a great opportunity to enjoy you chosen menu & wines, served by one of our team, whilst you review the plans for the whole day with your Event Manager.
