A step-by-step guide to planning your Dine Wedding!

Your Personal Event Manager

With Dine you are in safe hands – Your Event Manager will be your main point of contact and they are on hand to guide you through every step in the planning process. They also have the training and knowledge to advise on anything from entertainment to lighting, floristry & stationery.

A Winning Formula

Everyone has slightly different needs when it comes to support during the planning process. Our Event Managers will work within a planning framework and at the same time, think on their feet and adapt their approach to suit you.

Your Customer Journey

Once you have booked your dream Dine wedding, you’ll receive a peronalised introduction from your Event Manager. They are then on hand throughout to help & support you as little or as much as you need. Your Event Manager will book a planning meeting with you around 9 months before your event. This includes a menu consultation to create a tailored menu, incorporating your personal tastes, likes & dislikes.

With some of our Menu Options, you will also have a ‘Rehearsal Style’ final planning meeting. This is a great opportunity to enjoy you chosen menu & wines, served by one of our team, whilst you review the plans for the whole day with your Event Manager.

An Experienced Team

Your Event Manager will be with you on the day, fully focused on delivering every aspect you’ve planned together. They’ve been backed up throughout the planning phase by an experienced team, who are always on hand to offer advice and guidance – be it in the lead up to a menu consultation or in the final days before the event. Our Executive Chef, Mark Dawson reviews every finalised menu and discusses any finer points with Dine’s Founder, Dan Gill. Our Managing Director, Matt Jones works closely with our Event Managers to ensure that every detail we have agreed is delivered perfectly.

The Right Advice

Dine’s “Concept to Completion” planning service is unique. Your personal Event Manager will be with you from initial planning discussions, right through to the final guests departing. This ensures they give advice based on experience & you are safe in the knowledge they are going to be the one making it work behind the scenes. During your 1:1 menu consultation you will be able to utilise their experience to select a menu you and your guests will love – it is far more enjoyable & productive than a group menu tasting or just trying a random selection of dishes.
