We had an amazing day, it was organised and run by professionals offering excellent food, service and all our needs were accommodated (even the very last minute ones) and our expectations exceeded!
Everything was perfect. Transparency with planning, costs and processes, communication, smooth co-ordination between Dine and associates (Shades) and the running of the day itself.
We had the best wedding we could wish for at Rise Hall. It really is a very special place. It feels like a home but a rather large one. Kim is great she made the whole planning process really easy. Her team were really lovely too. We have amazing memories of a beautiful wedding at Rise Hall to take with us and we will never forget it. I would highly recommend this venue its amazing!
We could go on for a long time about all the great things about Rise Hall and the Dine team but the thing that made them exceptional to us was the service on the day. We cannot describe how friendly all the team were, every staff member that was there was keen and clearly proud of their job. They were efficient and ‘on it’. If you want a job done well then these are the people. It’s a shame we only intend to marry once actually, as we know who we’d use next time!
