  1. You will get confirmation that we have your reservation & the details of who you are booked in with.
  2. An email will whizz over to our team member with your appointment information & contact number.
  3. Depending on when you’ve booked your appointment, you may get a quick call to check nothing has changed in your life that means you need to re-arrange.
  4. Otherwise, they will send a confirmation email straight to you with full details.
  5. If you are an existing client with Dine, your viewing will be automatically cancelled. Please get in touch with your event manager to arrange an appointment to make a site visit.
