All our weddings make use of our exclusive private entrance & terrace area. If you choose to arrive by wedding car, you can pull right up to the front door to make your grand entrance.

The Colonnades Room

Your wedding ceremony can take place in the beautiful Colonnades Room. You enter via the grand double staircase into this bright and airy space which will be full of friends and family. The Colonnades Room has floor to ceiling windows along its full length, providing direct access onto the Mansion’s famous terrace area.

Once the I Do’s are done, you can move onto the terrace overlooking 700 acres of parkland for your post ceremony drinks. There are so many beautiful areas for photos it might be hard to choose! We have woodland, formal gardens, lakes & bandstands, all within a few metres.

The Mansion Room

On the first floor and accessed up the sweeping staircase, beneath the cascading chandelier is the Mansion Room. The first thing you notice are the views across the park through the original sash windows. Tastefully decorated to complement most colour schemes, the Mansion Room can be transformed to suit your own style and tastes.

As smaller weddings have become more popular we have opened up more dates for couples looking for a more intimate celebration. Availability is limited to certain dates however our team will do our upmost to find a date that works for you.

Cultural wedding options

Being able to put you and your wedding first means we know that sometimes due to cultural and/or religious reasons you need a more bespoke option.

Our Cultural Wedding options offer just that: the ability to hire The Mansion as an exclusive use venue for either 8 or 15 hours up to midnight, and work with our nominated outside caterers for appropriate menus, staffing and theming.
