At The Mansion all our catering is by Dine. We have created a selection of menus to give you inspiration but as seasoned caterers, are very happy to produce bespoke options for your event. Our team of award winning chefs & creative consultants work all year round to fine tune and adapt our offering to keep up with current trends and tastes.
We’re excited to help you create a menu that you and your guests will truly love! During your one-on-one planning meeting, you’ll get to collaborate with your Event Manager to craft something delicious and personal.
Included in some of our menu options, there’s an extra treat—a special “Rehearsal Style” planning session. It’s a relaxed, enjoyable way to experience your chosen dishes and wines, served by one of our team members, while you walk through the full day’s plans with your Event Manager. It’s a fun and productive alternative to typical tastings, and it gives you a real feel for the big day.
