Not always. If you are only looking to hire the space for a short time e.g a funeral reception or meeting then a buffet is often the best way to go. However, for a wedding or dinner, usually a simplified 3 course menu works best on a budget as their is less food waste.

Your Dine Event Manager will help & guide you with your choices. You don't need to decide straight away but we will prompt you when it is time to make some decisions.

Included in some of our menu options, there’s an extra treat—a special “Rehearsal Style” planning session. It’s a relaxed, enjoyable way to experience your chosen dishes and wines, served by one of our team members, while you walk through the full day’s plans with your Event Manager. It’s a fun and productive alternative to typical tastings, and it gives you a real feel for the big day.

Dine Collection menus are a collection of dishes we have created over the years with the focus on presentation & quality rather than sticking to a particular set budget. A Dine Collection client will often us the Menu Book as inspiration and then work with a Dine Event Manager and Chef to create a menu bespoke to you with other details on top. Our set menus start from £49.50 + vat but these have the usual staffing, linen, equipment etc included in the price

Rather than put intial costs online which can often escalate once you add layers of detail, every Dine client receives an initial summary of costs with a total at the bottom. This is only put together once we have a clear idea of exactly what you are looking for, when & for how many people. A viewing or phone conversation with one of friendly staff team is the best way to start.
