- Our 'Dine' option provides an exceptional level of service and quality of food
- Our full 'Dine Collection' option is designed to cover every little detail – from the management of the event, through to a larger staff team and attention to the special touches such as the linen, silver and glassware.
Both options include our fantastic Dine Menus and Wine List, designed for those who have a real passion for food.
Dine Collection menus are specifically written according to your preferences and can even include family favourites! Our full Dine Collection service also includes a tasting where you can see the intended menu, together with chosen linen, chairs and flowers so you can discuss every important detail with the Event Manager.
