Zofia & Hugh’s Summer wedding at Wentworth Woodhouse. The grounds and grandeur of the building lent itself nicely to some truly wonderful wedding pictures – they were blessed with fine weather as well. Soft pastel blooms and metallic accents complimented the bold architecture of The Marble Saloon perfectly.
Meghan & Chris’s summer wedding at The Mansion in Roundhay, Leeds. They planned a church wedding with Meghan’s uncle, who is a Catholic priest, conducting the ceremony. They then razzed down to The Mansion in a vintage sports car together, to enjoy their wedding reception with family and friends; taking advantage of Roundhay park for their beautiful wedding pictures.

Valentine’s themed Ambassadors’ dinner “three steps to your heart” menu, with the intention to delight our carefully selected guests.
We developed an indulgent menu, breaking the usual January rules of fasting, dieting and detox… because frankly none of that stuff is any fun at all!
Chef designed a menu fit for royalty, with elements of smoke (giving up smoking), chocolate and fine wines were paired with every dish (dry January – no alcohol).
This lovely couple came to celebrate their golden wedding anniversary with their children, in the place where it all began 50 years ago. We are all hopeless romantics at Dine, so on hearing their story we wanted to do something really special for this couple and decided to recreate their wedding menu from 1966, with a Dine twist!
Nicola & Richard first got in touch with Dine in January 2015; after their tour of Wentworth with Craig (Head of Events at Dine), they knew that this was the venue for them. In April 2015, they booked their wedding with Dine at Wentworth Woodhouse, and from that point forward we took care of the planning of their special day. In the midst of all the excitement of their engagement, they welcomed baby Isaac into the world – a fabulous start to 2015!
Laura and Alex chose to celebrate their special day with us at The Mansion in September this year. The mix of vintage pastels and soft grey colour palette complemented the setting perfectly. This was a day, like many of the weddings we host at The Mansion, charged with emotion and love for the beautiful couple. The Father of the Bride’s face on this occasion says it all….
In 1966, Clive & Angela celebrated their wedding at The Mansion in Roundhay. They recently returned to The Mansion and booked a table in The Garden Room, to celebrate their golden wedding anniversary; the lovely couple had their picture taken on the stair case, recreating memories from their special day – followed by lunch with their nearest and dearest.

The sun was shining at #Wedstival16 last Sunday – a glorious way to start the day! Capesthorne Hall created a stunning backdrop to this event, the grounds and the hall itself is really very beautiful.

The street food trend that has been gaining momentum over the past few years shows no signs of stopping, with these often quirky little vans cropping up in all sorts of locations – parties, festivals and even high-end shopping malls. Last week the Dine team were thrilled when Gloria, a fabulous mint-green Vietnamese food van rolled up to The Mansion as part of a team food and wine tasting evening. As part of our arduous training (we take our work very seriously!) we got to taste some delicious healthy Vietnamese street food- the chicken satay mini baguette was a huge hit!
A lot of people don’t understand how vital an Event Manager’s role is throughout the planning process; the hours of detail that go into everything, from getting the timings right so that the couple have enough time with their photographer but aren’t late to welcome their evening guests, to being the only one in the building who knows how to tie a cravat, understanding a couples’ favourite menu or just making sure the Groom gets a stiff Whisky when the nerves finally kick in…

Guests enjoyed substantial canapés of Demitasse of Lobster Bisque on this perfect winter day. Then the party went on until 2am closing with sparklers as the guests left.
Like at many of the weddings we’ve looked after at Nostell Priory, the bride and groom fell in love with the Nostell Priory and were keen to make the most of the grounds.
Dine organised Andy and Hannah’s reception at Nostell Priory. Nostell Priory is a stunning venue and location, after visiting once they knew it was the perfect venue for them.
